How do I store my JOI plant bases?
JOI concentrates are shelf-stable and should be stored in a cool, dry place. There is no need to refrigerate our nut bases after opening; simply ensure the lid is tightly sealed to maintain freshness for up to 12 months.
What is the shelf life of a prepared JOI milk?
Once you have blended your JOI concentrate with water, the fresh milk will stay delicious in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. We recommend storing it in an airtight glass container and giving it a quick shake before use.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
Yes, all JOI products are 100% plant-based, vegan, and naturally gluten-free. We use minimal, high-quality ingredients to ensure our concentrates meet a variety of dietary needs and preferences.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
