At JOI®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but due to the perishable nature of our plant-based concentrates, we cannot accept returns of food products. If your order arrived damaged or you are unhappy with your experience, please reach out to us within 30 days so we can make it right.

Ensure your request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date and note that only unopened, non-food merchandise or damaged food items are eligible for resolution.

Email our customer success team at hello@addjoi.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the product arrived damaged.
Evaluation
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days to determine if a replacement or a refund to your original payment method is appropriate.
Resolution
Once approved, we will ship out your replacement product immediately or process your refund, which typically appears on your bank statement within 5-10 business days.
